Paper Bows

Here’s another entry for the March Creative Crew challenge. We were supposed to make something with either the envelope punch board or the scoring tool. I love the versatility of the envelope punch board. I’ve been using it to make those cute file folder cards and poppers (also called crackers).

I found instructions to make these cute paper bows. There’s actually more than one way to make them – I went with the easiest.  It takes a single strip of paper 1 inch x 7 1/8 inches long. You can vary the size of the bow by adjusting the size of the strip you use. The small size bow is a bit big for a card, but I think it works on this.

Here are a few others I made – once you start, it’s hard to stop.

They’d be cute on a card or a gift box. And it’s a great way to use up your paper scraps.
